As someone of both Indian and Japanese heritage, I have always been inspired by the strengths of both countries. Japan's management philosophy emphasizes purpose, continuous improvement, and long-term value creation, while India brings remarkable entrepreneurial energy, ambition, and adaptability. Through GLOBIS India, I aim to create opportunities for professionals and entrepreneurs to learn from the best of both worlds.
