Pursuing my MBA at GLOBIS was a transformative experience that fundamentally changed the way I think about business and leadership. More than acquiring management knowledge, I developed the ability to analyze complex business challenges, make data-driven decisions, and lead with a global mindset. The case method and highly interactive classroom discussions encouraged us to challenge assumptions, evaluate multiple perspectives, and translate theory into practical business solutions. Learning alongside professionals from diverse industries and nationalities enriched every conversation, reinforcing the value of cross-cultural collaboration in today’s interconnected business environment. Studying in Japan also provided me with firsthand exposure to Japanese management philosophy—discipline, continuous improvement, long-term value creation, and customer-centric innovation. These principles, combined with a global curriculum, have shaped my approach to solving business problems and leading teams.

One of the concepts that left the deepest impression on me was kokorozashi, an ambition that extends beyond individual success. It challenged me to think not only about what I want to achieve in business but also about the impact I want to create for society and the people around me. Equally valuable were the friendships and connections build throughout the program. Learning alongside classmates from different countries and experiences created an environment of mutual nurturance. Many of those relationships continue to grow and remain an important part of my personal and professional journey. GLOBIS strengthened my business foundation while giving me a global network and a deeper sense of purpose.
